Staff, rooms, were excellent. Pool was clean and attractive but only 1.5 metres deep. Shuttle bus to marina and beach was convenient (1 block away). Due to leg injury decided to eat in hotel 3 nights. Was the best meals we had during our 6 day stay. Last 2 mornings we had no hot water for the morning showers. I’m sure it’s fixed now. Breakfast included was very good. Overall very good value and would stay again. Thanks

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean. Parking was easy (there is a shuttle service to get to the marina and beach but I found having a car convenient). Breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.

The hotel was adequate but no more. Pool is very poor, and for the price the hotel overall was disappointing. Room was quite good. Decent size. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but the breakfast room isn’t all that!

Vilamoura Garden Hotel Stay
Very nice hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, this is the hotel. Rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Regular free shuttle bus to Marina also available. Great stay.

WHAT! a hotel. Unbelievable from start to finish. I shouldn't be 4 star it should be 5 star. Second time staying here. Last time being 2 years ago and staff remembered us. SO helpful, rang taxis, booked covid tests, food was fabulous, location 5 minutes from vilamoura marina, quiet, luxurious, amazing modern rooms and bathrooms. Any request was actioned, even gluten free. Just brilliant. Thank you to all the amazing amazing staff. The staff are beyond excellent and the hotel is beautiful and modern, very clean. Lilana, we cant thank you enough for all everything and all your help during our stay. If your lucky to come across this hotel, book without delay. Best in vilamoura!
