"Sticker said 'hold rails getting out of shower' there were none, nearly slipped over. Wasn't informed before arrival but they now charge for parking!!! Like you have any alternative place to park!!! Last time I stayed i got breakfast included, this time they asked me for £13.95!! Won't be back!"
