"The apartment was very nice and in a good location for us. Just a few things that lowered the rating was listed items were missing such as an ironing board and toaster I know they are small items but we use them in addition the outside lights didn’t work so the lovely outside space for useless. "Excellent apartment in a new secure development with pristine facilities such as a fantastic and clean communal swimming pool, only 10mins walk to numerous bars, restaurants & a small supermarket (Villamartin Plaza). The apartment itself was immaculate with everything virtually new. The roof solarium was amazing with sun loungers, sofa, chairs, dining table and BBQ facilities.
