Everything is cramped in a limited space : reception area , dinning . Staff polite but not well train in hospitality . Each room has a Nespresso machine but the pods are no name brand poor quality ( you would not expect that from a 5 stars hotel- is a 50 cents difference )

I have been coming to this hotel for nearly 10 years now as its location suits me for professional reasons. The staff are friendly, the breakfasts very good, the facilities fine and the bedrooms comfortable. There are more central places but at a higher price, so this is a good compromise.

We only stayed at Hotel Areca for one night before we flew home from Alicante airport. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. We had a separate toilet to the bath & sink area.
