El registro de entrada fue sencillo, sin personal en recepción. - La habitación olía a tabaco. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, pero no fue posible. - Solo nos dejaron toallas para una persona. No fue fácil conseguir más. - La secadora no funcionaba. Tuvimos que secar la ropa en la habitación, sin tendedero. La comunicación con el personal por teléfono resultó complicada.

I was really expecting a lot more from this hotel, from the reviews I read from other guests. I was disappointed from a few things: • Windowless inside room • No towels in the room • The room not ready as requested (2 beds) • Lack of parking instructions before arriving • Glass bathroom door - lack of privacy The breakfast was just OK. Liked other hotels I stayed at in Murcia before. Not impressed by this ones
