"Superb all round -Cleanliness 100% and facilities -Everything you need -With a Dog its great as there 2 walking parks just 20 meters left and right of the house and a 20 minute walk or mins by car the choice of 2 beaches --security with secure surround on the Patio also --There is a dog agilty park 5 mins also however i suggest using when empty as Locals quite rightly meet a couple of times a day with a few dogs --but how nice to have this --you listening Local Uk Councils ? "We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. The main bathroom was more than adequate and the en-suite off the main bedroom was useful to have. There...

"This was our first time in Murcia and we loved it. The apartment had everything you need, with a lovely balcony off the master bedroom. The pool is small but was never crowded and the beach is on the doorstep. We didn’t hire a car and with restaurants every few yards along the promenade and the nearest supermarket a 15 minute walk away, we didn’t need to. We took a taxi into Los Alcazares a couple of times - just 8 euros each way - and enjoyed a meal at the Hotel Balneario, overlooking the sea....

"The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our one week stay. The weather was unusually cold and when we arrived the heaters were not turned on. The heat unit in the main living area did not work at all and was scheduled for replacement after our departure. It took all night for the apartment to heat up to a comfortable level. The people who own it were lovely with us and could not do enough for us. the stairs up to the apartment and the roof top garden were a little on the steep side for us pensioners and the bathroom was a little bit small but other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Booked as near the location of a wedding we were attending. Property in ideal location as close to the lagoon, beach, marina, supermarket and restaurants. No car needed as booked minibus to and from airport. Air con in bedrooms which was welcome! Lovely veranda with flowers. Hosts very approachable. We had a lovely week."

"The apartment was lovely and clean , we loved the outside sitting area. We had a welcome pack left which was lovely and roz the lady who welcomed us was fantastic too & they arranged airport run for us too which helped. definitely would love to stay again was near shops & restaurants and shopping mall."
