Just a few things that lowered the rating was listed items were missing such as an ironing board and toaster I know they are small items but we use them in addition the outside lights didn’t work so the lovely outside space for useless. "Rooms were basic but very clean, and staff were very helpful. Especially Fernando, who checked us on and out of hotel, also dealt with any problems we had. We were bed only, so cannot comment on breakfast. Excellent location, able to walk to all bars and restaurants. Would have liked to have an area we could sit outside, as pool was closed on our visit. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again."

"Very happy with our stay at the hotel 525. We booked a junior suite which was spacious and tastefully decorated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It's a good location for bars and restaurants and for exploring other areas of the Murcia region. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay so we weren't able to take a dip."

"Very poor choice of menu for half board . Irish bar food of very basic standard. Inedible. Blue Terrace excellent - but a very restrictive menu for a 5 day stay. Rooms refurbished without an eye for detail . Some dated and unreliable plumbing. Water completely off one evening without warning. Drain smells . Poor bathroom lighting. Noise from room above etc Impressive public areas but lots of maintenance issues . Not a 5 or even a 4 star hotel ."

"Een mooi hotel maar een aantal zaken in onderhoud. Dit was wel direct gemeld nadat we geboekt hadden. Zoals het zwembad en de fitness ruimte. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en modern. Het ontbijt was elke keer met veel vers fruit beschikbaar. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. "

"This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Guardamar with everything on it's doorstep. From the Reception staff to their Housekeeping, from the Bar Staff to their varied menus absolutely everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable, free WFI and TV with 3 English channels plus a fridge. A kettle was available if requested at Reception. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely solarium with plenty of beds. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again"
