"We've stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last 7 years. Sadly, this time, it wasn't so good. Because of an air conditioning leak and they couldn't get an engineer (a Friday afternoon) we had to move rooms. As we weren't told they couldn't repair it until 22.00 and there was no one available to assist us, it took us until after midnight to pack and then unpack in the new room. They initially tried to actually downgrade us because they were fully booked but eventually we were given a slightly better room. Additionally, quite unbelievably, we intended to eat in their restaurant but when we ordered our main course (lamb chops) we were told they didn't have any! We ealked out and ate at a bar 50 metres away and they had lamb chops! The foregoing marred our stay but overall we ended up enjoying ourselves. "

"Nice apartment owned by the hotel and that was not clear but commutable beds. Rooms need to add some mugs rather than tiny cups and also a drain towel. Will be using again"
