"We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others."

"Very good Hotel, but a bit far away from the beach, about 30 mins. Otherwise we had a very good stay and the breakfast was really good with a variety of food. "

"Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. "Great place to stay, I didn't max out the all inclusive, far from, but defos worth paying for it, 3 places to eat that I'm aware of, really nice place, friendly staff, not lots to do around the hotel, I think 2.5 miles to Benidorm centre, nice walk, is bus service as well, outside the hotel though."

"Very friendly and efficient receptionist, big cafe and excellent choice for dinner and breakfast just for £6 extra. But I was disappointed with the room. It was clean and comfortable but interior with only one window opening to the window of the opposite guest bedroom. If I knew I would get such a room I would not have selected this hotel."
