Both houses were stocked with everything you need.Sometimes we rent a place for the 11 of us and the house isn't set up for 11 people. This property was well stocked with enough dishes, silverware and seating for everyone. Even outside! The yard is enormous which we loved because our family loves outdoor games! There are beach chairs and boogie boards and towels a plenty.From bidets and lighted mirrors in all of the bathrooms, to comfortable beds and bedding, this place has it all. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Abolutely!"

House and property were spotless and well maintained, plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. Large fully stocked kitchen and grill areas made it easy to cook for our large family and the guest cottage was a nice escape from the constant buzz in the main house. Very close to everything in Kailua (shopping, stores, restaurants, etc.). Kids absolutely loved the huge backyard and the beach. Garage was full of beach chairs, toys, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, etc. Our favorite spot ended up being the rooftop deck both during the day and in the evening. Not highlighted but of note, this house has 3 washers and 3 dryers, which came in very handy - you don't need to bring much with you. Thanks to our helpful host Alia who answered the many questions we had before arrival. Will definitely be returning in the future!"

"Location of home was in a great place not a far drive to anywhere we went. Home was very clean and pleasant, family friendly and just what I was looking for. Host was amazing and very friendly. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again the next time we are back. Also made a friend that likes to hang out in the front yard. We named him Fred. (Photo attached)"

"The house is indeed huge and was great for our party of eight couples. It has all the supplies you need. A very well equipped kitchen. Lots of beach towels and even extra sunscreen. The pool was lovely and outdoor dining worked great for our large group. One note, the 8th bedroom is attached to the 7th and you walk through the bedroom to get to the shared bathroom. This wasn't great for 2 couples. We moved the twin beds down to the gym to make the 8th bedroom. Not perfect, but worked to give the couples privacy. The walk to the beach is around the corner and down a beach path, not just down the street as you might imagine from the map."
