"Just like the pool, all was fabulous! Air conditioning, fans and guest closet with all the pool and beach toys!! Only recommendations would be a clock, maybe above fireplace. Most people don’t want to know the time, but if you have a reservation for a fun expensive event, always good to know time!Also, take advantage of the tram! Just at the bottom of the hill to go east or west!"

"Although the condo is under extensive exterior repairs, our end of the condo was not being repaired. The inside of condo is as pictured, with basic amenities. Since there is no a/c we appreciated the many fans that kept the condo cool. The views of the ocean are amazing and we loved the sunrises. There are a few local food trucks close and the Crouching Lion restaurant is awesome. We were looking for quiet and remote and this condo was perfect."

"This a beautiful place in a very quiet neighborhood, even the mountain view room you could see the ocean and the wavesSitting on the porch was so nice listening to the waves. Only thing thas was bad was going out by the back to watch the sunrise the lights were so sensitive just sitting in the chair...Very clean and well stocked with ammenities."

"Just amazing! The privacy, the amenities, the beach access, all of it. This property is the One. Do yourself a favor and rent it. The pictures look good but dont do it justice. The yard is huge and private. The cottage is beautiful and allows for a separate home for a family/teens/etc. the gift basket ipon arrival was so thoughtful. "
