Beautiful Restored House in Central Alora With Spectacular Views From Private

This place is quite simply beautiful. The location is perfect and the town is charming. It might take a moment to adjust to the abundance of roosters and dogs that serenade you at odd hours, but really it would take something earth shattering to ruin the impression of such an amazing place. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it!

The house is restored to a very high standard whilst retaining the charm and character of a traditional Spanish townhouse, it was much more spacious than we’d expected from viewing the photographs, they don’t do it justice. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the shower spacious and powerful. Whilst relaxing on the terrace with incredible scenes of mountains and castle it was hard to believe we were in the centre of town. Álora is a lovely traditional town, people are very friendly and they seem to appreciate visitors who at least try to communicate in Spanish as many don’t speak other languages. We chose this town as we were visiting Caminito del Rey, we spent 2 weeks in Benalmadena & 2 weeks in Álora, I wish we’d spent the whole time in Álora as it was far better. We would definitely recommend this property.

The property was first class ,the only downside was no owner or English speaking person Was there to meet us .Had to wait 20 minutes in hot sun out side the property waiting to receive key. Did as asked to tex 30 minutes before arrival ,and rang outside the property, but the person could not understand us .
