"I turned up and they claim they had not been paid by hotels.com, so I was forced to pay again. I am struggling to get my refund. The room was very basic and not as described. I was expecting a queen bed and I got a single bed for example. I had to listen to loud music coming from the restaurant below and this affected my sleep. I was glad to check out and leave. "

Family visit
"We spent 4 days here visiting my sick mother in law. It’s at a great location in alora. Can walk to many things. Apartment is very cute and has a great balcony on top with perfect views. It is right next to a popular area so there does tend to be noise but we wore ear plugs for sleeping and we’re fine. There is a great pizza place and an ice cream shop just below. Easy to communicate with owner and he was super helpful when my husband left his phone when we flew to England! Such a sweet helpful man. I would recommend this for anyone visiting just pack some ear plugs if you are from America and jet lagged ( going to bed way early!)"
