"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with gorgeous planting and lush greenery throughout the grounds. Our suite was incredibly spacious and nicely styled, with a huge, comfortable bed with excellent pillows. The large living room area featured a sizable TV and plenty of cozy seating, and minibar and great selection of glassware. "This hotel probably gets 4 stars due to having the spa (extra €57 per room) and other amenities. But it's a country hotel in a fantastic location with outstanding views of the lake. A reasonably priced restaurant (best to book) serves good food and the breakfast buffet provides an excellent selection but is very Spanish which works for us. i would stay here again."

"Very nice staff. Nice aspect and close to beach too. Difficult without a car and found taxi expensive. I required of the airport shuttle mentioned and had booked the return but when enquired it wasn’t an actual shuttle but called local taxi which was expensive and basic. Confused when Expedia said shuttle available and concession. It didn’t. It was nice and fab for golf of course"

"had a fine stay, great for access to ronda and environs. Expedia screwed up the payment to the hotel sadly and we had the hotel asking us to pay for the room when we had already done so with expedia. But the owners said not to worry they would chase expedia for the missing monies."
