I highly recommend the hotel! It was a good value for the area and still felt high-end. The room was large and clean and had nice toiletries.
The staff were also excellent and very friendly, particularly Kate. She gave us directions, helped us plan a trip to CERN, let us leave our bags before/after check-in/out, and even gave us some water as we were leaving.

"The only issue is trying to bring luggage into the hotel. The front desk is up stairs, no elevator. However, this location is fabulous. Would certainly come again."

"As a fan of Freddie, a stay at The Freddie Mercury when in Montreux is a must. It's campy, and fun and you can't not smile in the public areas. As a rather fussy hotel guest, I had no real issues.
