"We could not control the room temperature and then the toilet overflowed. When trying to get another room we were asked to pay a higher daily resort fee. After negotiating with the manager we were able to maintain the current fee. In addition, because we could not get into the room for most of the day, the manager agreed to not charge for one day's resort fee. Karen was a desk agent we would like to thank personally for all her assistance and expertise."
"The location was perfect. Away from the main drag but close enough to walk up to it and walk down to the water. Quiet and comfortable bed. The pillows were not to my liking so I will bring my own the next time. The room was a good size and clean, and it had all these wooden hooks on the wall which we found to be very handy for keeping items off the floor.
All the staff were nice and helpful. We enjoyed the little smores kit they give to use by the fire pit. The Toulous restaurant right next to the property had one of the best breakfasts and was pet friendly.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."
"We really enjoyed our stay. All the staff was very helpful & friendly. We will look forward to another stay in the future.
