We did not stay we drove up there was men everywhere outside drinking. We did not feel safe. It did not look anything like the pictures. It real run down and in a shady area.

Rundown, one star (at the best), dirty hotel. Not being renovated for probably 50 years. Kitchen counter and vanity are made of plain 2x4 boards and plywood. Dirty carpets and spring mattresses are awful. We had a room with kitchen where no dishes, cookware, and any silverware or utensils exit. Toilet is in stains and smells with sewer. Rooms did not have any sound proofing so that we can hear everything in the room above. This hotel should be delisted from Expedia.

There was no hot water for the shower and when I went to the office for help i rang the bell 3 times and no one came. This was at 730 am. I can handle dirty and cramped, you get what you pay for at $50, but no hot shower is a deal breaker. I want a refund.

Hard to understand them speaking. Room was beyond bad. Looks like a 10 year old did the repairs. Blood on the wall ac was so noisy slept with it off. Light switch didn’t work tv didn’t work bed was so so. Will not stay there again.

The property was run down. Bathroom cabinets were and walls were stained.Toilet was clean and worked. Hot water was plentiful. Roof in bathroom was water damaged and sagged a little. Lighting in bathroom was poor. Bed cover and attractive and new. Curtains attractive and light blocking (wonderful). Sheets clean and smelled slightly of bleach. Small refrigerator worked!

This maybe the most rundown excuse for a hotel I have ever seen. There is limited hotel space in Alpine or this hotel would not exist.

Worst experience ive ever had. Dirty beds with peoples hair on them and stains. Sheets were torn, dirty floors, dirty fridge. Just disgusting.

you can smell drug in the room, and the door lock is broken. trash still in the room from previous guest, towel hanger is broken. stove is not working, floor is not even. it's not a even a motel level.

While the staff are pleasant, this property is, by far, the most filthy and dilapidated of any motel I've ever seen. I prefer funky accommodations with personality over sterile corporate chains, but they should be scrupulously clean and well-maintained. Only at $10/night could this place possibly be worth booking, even as a last resort.

Where do I hegin? This hotel is the absolute worst one I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The advertised pictures that are on hotels.com is NOT what their rooms look like. The rooms are so run down/falling apart/disgusting/nasty/make you want to throw up gross. Nothing in the rooms match. The flooring feels like you may fall through it. The first room they tried to give us had HUMAN FECES in a toliet that wouldn't flush (I'll spare you the picture i took). The next room they gave us there were issues with the bedding, trash left from previous people, there were no toliet paper holders. The shower sprayed everywhere & the water temperature varied between hot & cold. The lady (possible owner) was no help. She could care less that the rooms were dirty & the toliet was full of crap. She didn’t offer anything. I ABSOLUTELY GOT CATFISHED ON THE ROOM I PAID FOR. This hotel took my money and I didn’t get what I paid for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Hotels.com you should be ashamed of yourself for ever sponsoring/ having this OYO hotel on your website. I'm trying to add photes but your site wouldn't allow me to. I guess lets add that to an alteady horrible experience. I really should get my money back for false advertisement.

The place was dilapidated. Looked abandoned. Lots of noise and drama from other guests and/or the bar located a block away. Worst part, no hot water on either day. Place should be closed down. Absolute waste of money.

The Oyo hotel was despicable. The room was not only smelly, but was clearly ignored in the way of upgrades. There were cigarette butts on the front walkway, and the room smell of dog pee.

They are clean. They are occupied currently by what looks like people who may be living there. It felt a bit unsafe with a bit of trash and random thing laying about. We did not stay the night and opted to move to a different hotel.

It's obvious all they did was change the sheets in this room the bathroom was dirty there was food in the refrigerator somebody else's clothes and watch in the dresser drawer wasn't cleaned at all from what I understand some tenant that stays at the hotel is the one that cleans it he also had a beer open at 9:00 in the morning would not advise anyone to stay there

This was a last minute Booking and the Price was Unbeatable considering EVERYTHING is going up in prices. After, I booked it, I saw the Reviews, I'm learning that you can't really trust the Reviews because WE ALL have an opinion on what "Clean" is or what a "Disgusting" room is like. Now if you're looking for Cost-effective Prices and just somewhere to basically Sleep, Shower and store your belongings then this is a good place to stay. The TV was dirty so wiped it down, I would recommend the Owners consider upgrading the Channel Package due to the current one not having much of a selection to choose from. It was either movies from the 80's or Sports luckily they offered Free WiFi and I was able to watch Hulu on my laptop. I would also recommend they throw away the Mattress protective cover because it does have stains or soak it in some Bleach or Borax to see if they come out, if not trash them. One thing I would like to remind EVERYONE about, if you are HIGH MAINTENANCE and ONLY like the Best then you wouldn't be Booking at this location and you'd be raving about staying at a Double-Tree Hotel or an upscale location. Another thing, unless you're going to be licking the walls, or eating off the ceiling, a couple of areas that need a touch of paint doesn't really matter, does it, well to me it doesn't. Since COVID-19 I take my own Sheets, Pillowcases, Comforters, blankets and Lysol wipes and Lysol disinfectant spray. You can save by doing it yourself.

The room looked nothing like the pictures and was not very clean. The sheets had dog hairs on them, the kitchenette was not in very good condition the shower took forever to drain. Just overall disappointing the room and the property
