"We checked in at 3pm, but our room was not ready until 4pm. When the maid finally arrived to clean the room she just remade the bed with the same bedding and the comforter was clearly stained. We were not provided with clean towels and had to request them. Then it took about 20 mins to get them delivered. The door to our room was broken, but we were able to fix it ourselves, so it would close. The toilet seat was also broken. We specifically booked a room with a bath tub, but there was no drain stopper. We tried to plug in our electronics, but everything kept falling out and wouldn’t stay plugged it. There was no TV in the room. We didn’t use the casino, but saw that several machines were out of order."

"We loved staying here in this studio apartment which is very cute, fully equipped, and located in a very quiet area up the road to Great Basin National Park. It was a bit difficult to find but folks living near there were helpful, pleasant, and welcoming. If back in the area again, we would definitely choose this place and for a few days in order to visit Great Basin NP allowing plenty of time."
