"First off, the location is PERFECT, not even a 3 minute walk from the main station in Bulle. Staff was AMAZING, breakfast was fantastic and so worth it (considering how expensive food is in Switzerland), and the evening tea was so relaxing. We had a lovely experience ❤️"

"Hotel is lovely in a modern Swiss chalet style. Views of the mountains are also nice. Only downside is that it’s a victim of its own success and therefore it was so crowded, especially noticeable at the pool/spa area and when trying to book dinner at one of the 2 restaurants. "

"I came for my birthday and the staff were so lovely and amazing. Jose was amazing dropped me to the station, all the staff in general made my stay so magical! Definitely recommend and will be back soon!"

"It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed so far , excellent staff ,big rooms with shower and tub and extremely friendly staff very helpful and walkable to down town and excellent inclusive breakfast .I would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel ."
