"Staff was pleasant and helpful, apartment was spacious and clean. For about the same price as a hotel room, we had a 1 bedroom apartment with a ptl. kitchen (full size fridge with freezer, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, large sink) and resort amenities (indoor, outdoor and kid's pool and a hot tub) and activities. "
"From the pleasant staff to the comfy cozy, clean atmosphere of the room, this resort is a definite “go to” experience while vacationing in the Berkshires. The resort attractions are a family fun filled adventures that are great to experience. Our favorite was the ski lift to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenic view. This resort is clise to Mount Greylock and other attractions such as the Butterfly Conservatory. The only negative thing I can report is the lack of a door knob on one of the closets and the bathroom door knob handle was a little loose but other than that our unit was definitely worth the stay! "

"Seamless check-in after very clear welcome communication from the owner helped make it easy to settle in to this comfortable home that was right on the resort property of Jiminy Peak. Beds were comfy, bathrooms conveniently appointed, and window AC kept us cool while we slept. We walked to the adventure park for fun with grandkids and drove short distances to play mini-golf, check out Shaker Village, and pay respect to WWI soldiers at the memorial tower on Mt Greylock--all explored via the very good Wi-Fi in the unit. We plan to return and we recommend to you in the meantime."

"The one-bedroom aparment is spacious, very clean, nice and funtional furniture and a perfectly well equipped kitchen area. Our 2 grandchildren had a fun time. And the apartament is footsteps from the ski lifts - a real treat! I highly recommend it!Ps. And the owner is always at hand, very helpful, and concerned that all is perfect for the guest's stay."
