The hotel was in a good location, the staff was friendly and they had a good breakfast.
However the breakfast room was full of mosquitoes and the entire floor we stayed in smelled strongly like cigarettes even though it’s non-smoking and my wife had trouble sleeping due to the noise outside.

This is a great hotel at the wrong side of the canal. Going from one side to the other is only a nuisance but it makes a difference. Having said that, we still like the hotel given the cost value relationship
