"All round great experience at the Hyatt Regency Bali, Sanur. Wife and I stayed for a week and staff were so attentive and friendly, always eager to accommodate our requests. Included daily breakfast was fantastic plus we ate dinner at the restaurant and pizzeria a few times (both options great experiences). The pool staff are great and many are real characters, making time around that area very enjoyable during the day. Room cleaning was amazing and always timed so we didn’t even realise when they had been (generally afternoon when we were out or at the beach or pool). Beach front was clean and well maintained by the hotel staff. Plenty to do around Sanur and for the time we were there (mid-January) the weather was better on this side of the island which reinforced our decision further to stay at Sanur."

"Staff were so attentive and helpful with any and all questions or queries we had. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable at all times. They were especially wonderful with our 3 yr old and most of the staff knew his name at the end of the first day! The hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was incredible. Everything was so so great. We cannot recommend andaz enough!!"

"Everything about Puri Santrian makes your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring or walks along the beach. If you want peace and quiet you have everything you need without going anywhere. Friendly, polite staff, clean, comfortable rooms, well kept gardens, different pool options and great selection from buffet breakfast. Our favourite area is Santrian Club as not only is the pool and gardens beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful and you are entertained by the squirrels!"

"Room is clean but not sure about the musty smell and feel damp wet the bedsheets towels and our clothes maybe the humid weather I guess.? Staff,people are amazing very very nice people down to earth. Amenities is beautiful it’s a little bit outdated but gives character to the building,good food good breakfast lol we gained weight though. We had good time in Sanur. We relax and that’s what we need me and my husband very satisfied! "
