Excellent idea to book a room here!
It is so nice to stay in a historical building (1569) and very well maintained.
People are very friendly and the food they serve is simple and very tasty in a very cozy bar.

Really nice stay in Ribeauville on top of a bakery, our landlady was very friendly and welcoming and we got great croissants and espresso in the morning.

amazing hotel. we booked for wedding anniversary. Hotel met and exceeded all expectation, from service, design and amenities. Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town. Breakfast was good, especially omelet was tasty. Will come again

We stayed 2 nights as a couple during a long weekend break in the Alsace. This was one of the most enjoyable stay we ever had in Europe. Everything was perfection. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was stylish and modern. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Naturally, the food by acclaimed chef Olivier Nasti was out of this world. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, due to covid they prefer not to clean your room daily but this suited us. If you require supplies they can be collected from reception.
