Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location and the history of the building itself was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wish there was a bar area to sit at and meet other travelers, but they did have a small bar set up in the lobby and there are comfortable areas to sit at. They are able to help you with tour information. The breakfast is amazing!

Spacious and modern rooms replete with everything you need for an 4/5 day stay. Onsite gym was well equipped, although could use a little TLC. The breakfast was just okay. I wouldn’t pay extra for it. There’s lots of places nearby to explore for breakfast.

Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. Room is more of an apartment vibe than a hotel. Staff is friendly but it’s not the same service you would get at a 5 star hotel. When was clean, staff were great, had a double bed and a single bed, which is hard to find in Lisbon. Grocery store directly across from the motel, which was very convenient however no shuttle service to the airport, but you are only minutes away.
