"The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Itis at the north end of SSI which is quiet. It is nice to head to downtown during the day, walk the beach, and then head back north for a relaxed evening."

"I really loved the architecture and design of the house, and the location was great. Being about 10–15 minutes from most major stores was super convenient. There are a few spots that could use a little TLC, especially the basement, which could feel even better with some updates."

"This was the perfect place for us to spend our Christmas vacation. It is a clean home, well equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room and great outside porch. The beds were very comfortable. And it is very quiet. This is an easy walk to a corner store (closed for Christmas holidays) and bar (Yacht Club) with restaurant. One day we rented a golf cart and visited the Post Office, Lighthouse, R J Reynolds Mansion and Nanny Goat beach.Communication with host is perfect...Steve was quick to respond to all questions. We highly recommend Barbara Bailey for catering. The slow country boil was our favorite followed by ribs and chicken. "
