"Our one-night stay here will always be a nice memory - Apulian hospitality at its best. We also booked the tasting dinner which was the best we could do. Lovely atmosphere with candlelight, real local countryside food, amazing flavors and wonderful presentation. All is very high quality. Rooms are sophisticatedly furnished, beds are really comfortable. The only suggestions I'd have is to keep the jacuzzi heated for autumn evenings, would be a wonderful experience. "We found La Maison extremely convenient midway between Bari airport and our cruise port in Taranto. It is a family establishment, very clean and safe. We used the pickup and drop off car, the service was impeccable too! They recommended a resturant for our next night stay that was not only close walking but delicious. Highly recommend. Grazi!!!"

"Our stay at Lucia & Alessandro’s house was superb and we lacked nothing, Lucia has thought of every detail, from the charming and lovely decor to toiletries, they were really welcoming and charming hosts. Although the pictures show the whole house, we had the top floor and found it very liveable and comfortable, with all the amenities needed, including a hearty breakfast and what you might need to cook at home. The sea out of the window is a welcome sight, and the house is inside a residential...

"A beautifully maintained and furnished bed & breakfast close to the airport and within walking distance to sea. It’s a quiet location with amenities nearby such as restaurants, supermarket etc. The host Francesco was very responsive and provided excellent check-in instructions. I highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Thalassa Bari again. "

"Beautiful property in the heart of an amazing city. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They made a delicious birthday cake for our son and we had a great evening in the restaurant with excellent food and service. One of our rooms did however smell of damp and the door didn’t lock properly, it is a cave but none of the other rooms were like this, it wasn’t pleasant but they happily moved us to another one. Small details could be improved, bathrobes worn thin and room service trays left in the rooms and only collected when repeatedly asked. Otherwise a gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. "
