"Villa Cottone è bellissima!!! Our family of 8 adults and one 3- year old thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week-long stay. The Cottone Family is extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful. Each bedroom has its own bath, and the common areas (lanai, outdoor dining porch, POOL) were great for our large family. Lia arranged for a local chef to give us a cooking lesson in Sicilian cuisine…in the outdoor kitchen…and then served what we helped make- it was an evening we will never forget....

"The location and layout of this property worked perfectly for our family. Beautiful view especially at sunrise. Pool was very clean as was the house. "GC14 is ‘basic’ in some ways and has minimal facilities (although rooms have the essentials) but it’s in a great location for exploring Palermo on foot or by bus and making day-trips elsewhere in Sicily. The very best thing about it is the young, friendly and efficient staff! They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful and they made us feel warmly welcome."

"The host Benedetto was so welcoming and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. He hooked us up with a private chef who came and cooked us classic sicilian food one evening. We were a total of 14 people aged between 3 and 67. The pool area and the houses suited us perfectly. Short distance to the beach and train station and the place has bicycles for free use. We couldnt have been more pleased with the compound or with Benedetto, will defenetly come back."
