Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

"The place is centrally located yet quiet. Nicely furnished, very spacious and clean. No air conditioner so it was hot at 90 degrees. A fan was provided, but very noisy.
