"Hola,antes de nada decir que suelo alojarme en hoteles de 3 o 4 estrellas y tengo que decir que este "Hostal" no tiene nada que envidiarle a un 3 o 4 estrellas, es más, yo diría que en muchos aspectos los supera. Mas de un hotel renombrado quisiera tener las prestaciones que este "Hostal" tiene. La recepción pequeña pero muy acogedora,pero sinceramente, ¿para que queremos una recepción grande? "The apartment is situated just outside of Altea town centre, so only a short walk away (about 15mins). There is also a good tram link close by which runs from Alicante to Denia - so you can visit other towns pretty easily (fares are around 1.45 euros one way). As we did not have a car, we found this invaluable. The only minus was that as a self catering apartment, there are no shops close by - the nearest one is 300m away, so carrying water that distance can be tricky, especially if you do not...

"Parking with elevator extremely narrow and very tight to maneuver to exit. Sorry close on me when I was approaching scratching the front of the car. Receptionist is not at the apartments building which makes it hard to access. Front of the apartments is very restricted all private property and only acres to a small beach is acceptable. Towels were not change daily neithe paper toilet was replaced daily. I had to ask for paper toilet although my stay was almost a week. "

"The apartment was in an excellent position but was just a bit tired, balcony area was not very clean. Poor check in no welcome pack just a few biscuits some tea and coffee all in all not the standard we have come to expect over the many years we have travelled with your company. No English TV we would not stay again"

"Great location in Altea for the sea front and restaurants. 10 minutes hike up to the old town well worth it. Parking free at the small station nearby. Some great restaurants in the town. The room was fine but needs a 5 foot bed. Bit noisy but not bad as on the main road. The shower ,wifi etc were excellent. Would stay again. "
