With beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, Chalet Altea is located in Altea, in one of the most exclusive residential areas with 24-hour security and home to one of Europe’s most prestigious spa resorts. This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning and fans in every room, a washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge, and freezer. The private outdoor area offers a pool (open from May 1 to November 15), garden, open and covered terraces, and 2 balconies for relaxing and enjoying the view.
The house boasts a private garden pool with sun deck and excellent privacy. There is also a well-maintained communal pool, including a children’s pool.
The property is close to the beach, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Altea offers a wide range of dining and cultural options, beaches, all kinds of water sports, and boat rentals.
Free street parking is available. One well-behaved pet up to 20 kg is allowed. Parties are not permitted. Smoking and barbecues are not allowed on this property.
