The property itself is nice and offers beautiful views. However, access can be challenging, as it is not reachable by car unless you have a very small vehicle. There is no public parking available on-site, as spaces below are generally occupied, and the nearest parking is approximately 0.4 miles away. With luggage and steep inclines, this can be difficult (especially for older guests).
The rooms were comfortable, but the first-floor bathroom, particularly the shower, is in need of renovation. We attempted to request a late checkout using multiple contact numbers, but were told that while we could book an additional night (they had vacancy), a two-hour extension was not possible. At exactly 11:00 a.m., the staff arrived and informed my elderly mother-in-law that we needed to vacate, even though we were in the process of transporting luggage to the car located 0.4 miles away.
Overall, while the views and setting are lovely, but customer service can definitely improve, especially given the logistical challenges.
