Parfait pour une semaine de vacances

Une belle surface et une belle vue dégagée, la maison est parfaite pour une semaine de vacances au calme. La climatisation est fonctionnelle et les appareils ménagers sont récents. Par contre la maison aurait vraiment besoin d'un gros rafraîchissement général, surtout au niveau de la grande salle de bain dont le carrelage est extrêmement dégradé

Piso muy limpio con todo lo que necesitas para descansar, habitaciones amplias y buena terraza. Zona muy tranquila y con aparcamiento en la misma puerta.No le falta detalle.

Het is een ruim appartement/koppelwoning dat is op zich goed. Echter zou het wel wat liefde kunnen gebruiken, beetje verouderd maar wel netjes. En geen relax zetels of bedden aanwezig, wat wel aangenaam zou zijn om wat te rusten op het terras of dakterras. waar nu enkel erg verouderde zitbanken staan.

Estancia en Altea

Todo en general bien, la casa, la ubicación, las instalaciones de las zonas comunes y las vistas. El gran inconveniente fue no contar con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, ya que hubo unos días de intenso calor. Los dos aparatos que hay en la casa son muy ruidosos y el del salón está mal orientado y a penas enfría la estancia. Una sugerencia es colocar varias regletas para poder enchufar varios aparatos a la vez, ya que hay pocos enchufes. Por lo demás todo bien y muy buena atención.
