Standard clean room, nice beds, bathtub, nice little pool good temperature and a sauna (open from 6-21). Very good for a 2-3days stay 🙂

The only parking in the area for some strange reason is the hotel’s small and inconvenient underground lot which is difficult to access. The room was very hot, no fan, and no tea or coffee in room. Apparently the low rate I secured through BOOKING did not include breakfast, a fan, or tea and coffee.

Unprofessional

First impression is good, but unfortunately one of the beds had a large dump. We reached out the reception (by e-mail) after the first night (we arrived late). We never got any reply. When we got back to the hotel we asked for a new matrass or anything to fill in the dump, in order the be able to sleep, at all. The receptionist were very unpolite. After some time we got a quilt to put in the dump. We were trying to show her the dump, she said she knew about it, and she was clearly annoyed. We tried to say that the hotel can not charge us for two beds, when there is only one that can be used. She told us that we were «so unkind». And she also told us that she would call her manager the next day (to late for us) and call us the next day. We never heard anything. Very unusual and unprofessional treatment.

Nettes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auto ist Voraussetzung, da abseits gelegen, Vorteil: Traumhafte Ruhe!! Schöne Frühstückslocation im Wintergarten. Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung; alles vorhanden. Zimmer groß; Einrichtung etwas älter, aber gemütlich. Auch das Bad war gut. Auf der Straße hat man immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, wenn man Tiefgarage vermeiden möchte.

Vældig sødt personale. Man føler sig velkommen. Poolområdet var dog ikke særlig velholdt. Der var skimmel i bruseren, en masse skidt på gulvet, afløbet var halvt stoppet, så vandet kunne ikke løbe ud. Udover det, så var vandet meget koldt. Billederne lever bestemt ikke op til området. Morgenmaden var okay. Værelserne er fine, gode senge, gode dyner og puder. Hotellet er lidt slidt og så virker det ikke til at rengøring har første prioritet.

Venligt personsonale. Poolen er ok. Ca. 27 grader. Men mørkt og baderum skriger på vedligeholdelse. Værelset fint og rent men slidt badeværelse. Der var el stik på gangen som ikke sad fast i væggen på 2. Sal. Billiard bordet har en revnet dug, køerne er i stykker. Bordtennis bord i kælderen mm. Var super for børnene.

Værelset var ok til en enkelt overnatning. Men poolen kælderen var kold og ingenting virkede. Ingen bobler eller vandstrøm. Heller ingen virkende pære i den lunkne sauna. P kælder som koster 8 eur har en så stejl nedkørsel, at bilens forende rammer gulvet. Generelt trænger stedet til vedligehold, men en enkelt overnatning kan godt gå an.

Vi skulle kun sove og have morgenmad og det var rigtig godt og god morgenmad allerede fra kl. 6.30 Og de var hjælpsom med et godt sted at spise. Der overnatter vi gerne igen
