"It is a really fabulous historic building that has been restored to it's former glory. The apartment is on the upper floor and covers the whole floor. So it is latge and comfortable with a small backyard looking balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. A backery is just around the corner and downtown Elmshorn just a few minute walk away. The Hosts are very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Could not have asked for better hosts. We loved it!"

"Die Lage ist optimal für Spaziergänge an der Elbe (Haus liegt direkt am Deich) und ausgedehnte Radtouren durch die Obstfelder. In dem sauberen Haus ist alles nötige vorhanden. Nur der Eingang zur kleinen Küche ist mit ca. 1,60m sehr niedrig. Sie entspricht eher einer Kombüse auf dem Schiff, doch bei dem Namen des Hauses "Zwischendeck" passt das natürlich. Ein Sessel im Wohnzimmer hätte uns auch gefallen. Aber wir haben uns dort trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt (bis auf die Blessuren am Kücheneingang)."

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

Dann war das Wochenende leider schon vorbei. Hätten gerne noch eins/zwei Tage angehängt. Gerne kommen wir wieder."

"Ich habe die Wohnung für unsere 3-Generationen-Fahrt gebucht, um von dort aus Hamburg zu erkunden. Mit ihrer Größe, den 3 Schlafräumen und dem extra WC ideal für unsere Frauentour. Die Dachterrasse ist im Sommer sicherlich schön zu nutzen, liegt aber direkt zur Hauptstraße, so dass mancher sich bestimmt durch den Verkehrslärm gestört fühlt. Vielleicht ein paar Gewürze, wenn man sich etwas kochen möchte. Ruhige Lage. Tolle Vermieter. Uns wurde sogar noch eine Postkarte zu Weihnachten geschickt. Darüber haben wir uns alle sehr gefreut. "Great service only minor points were the sheets felt a bit scratchy and they only had one ironing board and it would be fab to have a small coffee set up in the room but they did provide water in a large bottle and I got a free coffee at reception when I left as I had missed breakfast.
