When I arrived early, the friendly staff greeted me and I was given a room within minutes. The room was beautifully set up and sparkling clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with various options of hot and cold foods. Meat, eggs, German bread and Brötchen along with cheeses were laid out nicely. There were fruits, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, juices...the works!
The bar is cozy, the gym and sauna are clean. The hotel is next to public transportation and the area is safe and walkable.

The Design suite was so spacious and absolutely spotless. The hotel is really close to the train station, which is a big advantage. Staff was very warm and helpful - they got our luggage into our rooms as we checked in early and were out for the day.

Check-in process was painless and the staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the linens were cozy. We enjoyed having the large balcony as well. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, even vegan options. The location was great, there is a nice park nextdoor ...
