This hotel has a great location with excellent transportation option right out the front door. Less than 5 minutes to the airport and about 20 minutes to downtown. Also walkable to nice restaurants. Very professional front desk staff. Housekeeping was not exactly top notch. They did not replenish product that we were clearly out of and one day they left our dirty towels on the floor and did not give us clean ones. Also quality of towels is poor : thin and stiff.

The hotel is very traditional There is no elevator to every floor I missed the coffee or water in the lobby for a spa hotel a Must. !!

Crisp linens, gleaming surfaces, and a soft, calming scent set the tone for restorative rest. Each meal was a culinary delight. Breakfast in particular deserves special mention—not just for the variety of fresh and delicious offerings, but for the absolutely stellar service from Gabrielle. Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Always smiling, never flustered, she ensured every guest felt attended to with care and genuine warmth. Her dedication made mornings something to look forward to.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience.

We attended the hockey game nearby and it was an easy walk. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The restaurant was excellent.
