Terrible hotel.....need urgent deep cleaning

We booked this hotel online for our vacation.......from the moment we stepped in was a complete dissapointment. NOTHING in this hotel looks like the pictures shown. The cleanliness, the smell and the overall appearance is terrible. Please dont waste a cent or time.

Its not what it looks like

The hotel is off the Highway and in a building that looks like a old shopping mall. Terrible entrance and area around it will make you feel really cheap. Its 10km from all the beaches and believe me it takes 30mins to reach by car. The beds are really hard and made of springs, the room is extremely dusty and all of the furniture is almost broken and breakfast will make u sick. Please don't go by the pictures they have uploaded Its extremely bad

This Hotel will be Great when building is complete next door..!!!!!

Generally, the Hotel orion was very good, with the staff being (( Excellent )).! The help and advice offered by all staff was superb and all the meals were Good.! For the Cost, this could not really be faulted.! The open roof resturant and the roof pool, were both superb during the evening, but impossible to use during the day, tho' we did try a couple of times, the noise was tooooo great.! The surrounding area, deffinitely left a lot to be desired, with a Building site about 50 feet away and work going on from dawn til dusk... There were 3 large JCB type diggers, with large Jack Hammers attached, banging away contiuously from the crack of dawn, sometimes til way after dusk.!
