"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. "We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"A delightful, authentic spacious villa in the centre of a quiet village with a handy store nearby. We all enjoyed our weeks stay, though had a few snags, primarily the awkward arrival and check in: address was 19 not 9! Nobody to meet us so our car blocked the tiny narrow alley for 20 minutes. Mrs Norma arrived, speaking only Italian, so we suggest that the property, contents, equipment etc. needs a good multi lingual guide pack. "We had a lovely stay at this well equipped apartment. It is located about 15 to 20 min by foot to the lake or nearest store. "This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....
