"Mr Mosna,est une personne très sympathique et accueillantec'est la première fois qu'il loue ce logement il y a donc quelques adaptions a faire( par exemple un livret d'informations sur les services et commodités de la maison)il est un peu étonnant que le service Abritel ou son correspondant n'assiste pas plus le propriétaire a préparer la location"

Hotel is located just outside the city in a nice and quiet area, awesome for relaxing. Very clean and comfortable, design was eco friendly and very nice looking. Staff extremely kind. Great quality food for breakfast.

Overnight stay, nice location next to a small lake - nice 30 min walk around the lake. Easy parking, nice lake side garden to chill. Corona measures were followed. Breakfast ok. Relatively quiet except 9-12 in the night where it was quiet noisy - perhaps some weekend party. Tip: there’s a lake restaurant and bar nearby that is much better, cheaper and friendlier than the hotel restaurant.

Location was ideal and walkable. Nice park next to the hotel. Good resturant options near by but recommend going into the city center for better variety. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modernly decorated. Hotel architecture is interesting. Would return.

The hotel is located between Trento and Bolzano, and has everything we need for a short stay. They've offered a free mini bar, and the breakfast was also good.
We had an inconvenient with the reservation, which was not their fault but from Hotels.com and they solved it quickly. Another inconvenient was on the shower area that was flooded due to a problem with the drain, but they also solved it quickly, even on the evening.
