Casa Carina by Luxe Haus™ - Butlered Villa, Staff, Pool, Golf Carts

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Carina. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, but what truly made the experience so special was the service. From the beginning, the Luxe Haus team made everything incredibly easy. The concierge service was excellent and helped us with all the details before and during our stay. They even arranged our grocery shopping in advance, so everything we had requested was already waiting for us when we arrived. We also loved being able to check in directly at the villa. After traveling, it was so convenient to arrive, settle in, and have everything taken care of without having to make an extra stop. The staff at Casa Carina was amazing. Eddy, our butler, was wonderful and always seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. He also made the best cocktails, which quickly became part of our afternoons by the pool. Carlos, our chef, prepared incredible meals throughout our stay, and every meal felt special. Arelis and Esperanza took such great care of the villa and our rooms, and everything was always spotless and beautifully organized. They even helped us unpack when we arrived and pack before we left, which made the entire stay feel so easy. We spent most of our days by the pool and enjoying the outdoor areas, and it was wonderful to simply relax and spend time together as a family. We also loved being so close to Altos de Chavón, and having the golf carts made getting around Casa de Campo easy and fun."

The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay, always available and willing to assist with anything we needed. The staff was equally wonderful kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our time at the property enjoyable. We had an amazing weekend at Casa de Campo. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property!"

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The house itself is gorgeous - newly renovated, spotless, and very comfortable for our family. We traveled with two small children and were able to rent a crib, high chair, and baby gate, which made everything much easier for us.What really made the stay exceptional was the service. From the moment we arrived, Jeanette was incredibly attentive and helpful. She truly went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly for us throughout the trip. After we left, she even helped locate and ship back a pair of eyeglasses that had been left behind, which was incredibly kind and above and beyond.Carlos, the site manager, was also fantastic. We had two small issues during our stay and he responded immediately and had everything resolved within a few hours.Martha, who took care of the house and cooking, was wonderful. She kept the villa immaculate and prepared whatever meals we requested. It made the stay feel relaxing and effortless.The location was also great. We drove a few minutes to Casa de Campo’s Minitas Beach Club and Casa de Campo Resort area for the pool and beach, and we visited the marina several times for restaurants and exploring. Everything was very close and easy to get to.Overall, the combination of a beautiful home and truly exceptional service made this a fantastic stay for our family. Highly recommend! "

She answered every single message promptly and always with positivity and kindness. Monica was incredibly helpful with recommendations, local guidance, and all the information we needed during our stay.Check-in was a breeze — on time, smooth, and very easy. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the patio with its beautiful view was a highlight of the stay.I would absolutely stay here again — especially if Monica is the host. Highly recommend!"
