"I got there before 3pm, at around 12:15 or 12:30pm, and the staff very nicely told me that unfortunately there weren't any rooms available. However, I waited only 20 minutes, and the front desk immediately told me a room was ready and I was able to put my stuff down before heading over the the Gamescom convention center. The room was spacious and clean, enjoyed my stay there"

"Spa was very nice, wasn’t prepared for the naked sauna’s though as wasn’t sure whether signage meant swimwear was optional or not allowed, probably an English thing, so avoided. Naked people wasn’t a problem to us but families with children should probably be made more aware. "
