"We stayed here for two nights with our two young kids. The room was clean, tidy, and in a nice part of town, the restaurant was also tasty. The staff were welcoming, and friendly. We would stay here again! "

Pool is too small to swim but okay just to splash a little bit. Breakfast is too pricey. Parking is quite pricey too but okay for a big city. Overall very good experience. "Right in the city center, so it was the perfect location for a short stay. The breakfast was pretty basic. As for our room, the bed was comfy but the pillows were foldable so heads up on that for those who cant sleep on flat pillows. When getting our rooms cleaned we noticed the cleaners never really vacumed the floors and didnt top up on the toiletries when we ran out of some that we had to call the receptionist who kindly came over to hand these over to us. Overall the staff were warm and friendly and very helpful with all queries that we had. I would highly recommended this hotel if your someome who's visiting Köln for the first time."
