"Eincheckzeiten zu kundenunfreundlich!!! Obwohl zum 3. Mal im Hotel - immer vom Golfhotel Balmer See kommend - konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Es wurde auch kein Versuch unternommen, einmal beim Housekeeping anzurufen. Das nächste Jahr werden wir dann gleich am Balmer See bleiben, um keinen Tag zu verlieren. "

"The hotel was perfect for our stay in Munich. It has a central location making it easy to walk to Old Town and the museum district. The room was very functional and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lovely garden courtyard to relax in after a day of siteseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel"
