Easy access to train to go to terminal 3 , clean bathroom nice comfy bed and sheets will stay again spend 1 night only flight the next day didn’t have the chance to use the restaurant just right as you exit to go to train to take you to your terminal

Convenient location, with shopping, airport and train station within close walking distance. Fabulous breakfast buffet, spacious / clean room, and helpful and friendly staff. (The air just in the main check-in lobby area, however, gave one the impression they may have had some recent sewer issues.) It was a lovely place to stay overall.

Liked that the hotel is directly connected to the Frankfurt airport. We spent the night before our early morning flight the next day and made it very convenient. Breakfast was exceptional and the wait staff were extremely friendly.

This was my fourth stay at this hotel in the past two years. All stays were pleasant with no issues. The fitness room is well equipped and well maintained. On each of my stays, I found The Eatery to be an exceptional location for dining and/or drinks and snacks. On my most recent visit while relaxing at The Eatery, I realized that it would be worth flying to Frankfurt to simply stay at the Sheraton not only to revisit The Eatery but also to try the other restaurants.

Staff were good. Food I s good. Staff were exceptional actually. The elevators were broken the day of our flight. They helped us via the freight elevator and all the way to the check in desk. Very pricey however.
