I didn't opt for the breakfast. This hostel is safe and secure. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dorm rooms are cheap with good facilities. Location OK. Good transport links to city centre.

I liked the location of the hostel. Its close to the train station making it easy to walk to. Could be a bit cleaner however its was par to most hostels I've been to. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location with easy access to public transportation. Walking distance to a discount supermarket, various cafes and dining options. Great value for the price! However, it would be nice if there were at least a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room versus keeping food in a shared fridge in the basement kitchen.

Straight forward process to book. Staff were fast and friendly. However, check-in line was lengthy, staff were juggling a long line of people. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city. However the door did not have a secondary security feature, such as a door chain or block in case someone accidentally received a key to my door handle. Great location and value for money. The breakfast included with reservation is solid and convenient.

There's 2 lift but only one is working and you can only accommodate 3 or 4 pax in the lift. Room is tiny. I had a room for 4 pax and doesn't have enough space for luggages. They don't do room services everyday even though they say they will do alternative days as I was staying for 4 nights. They have self service laundry room so you can do laundry there but it's quite dirty in there. The location is great though as you have train, trams and buses just besides this hostel. A few places for food within walking distance and a grocery store a tram station away.

The private rooms are tiny rooms, barely fit the bed. Transit is few steps away so you can take whatever you need to get to your destination. Ideally for backpackers or freelancers but I don’t recommend for family travel
