"Very peaceful place to stay with nice restaurant on the grounds. Gated access added to security. Able to walk along the water front and to a few different eateries. Only a seven minute, easy walk to the water taxis. We caught our bus to Guatemala near the water taxis. Wish we had saved some time to catch the water taxis to a one or more of the excursions offered."
"This hotel is beautiful. The staff was amazing, especially Denise and Leslie. Denise was super helpful booking the excursions and made sure to check in with the company to make sure I made it safely to them and back to the hotel safely. She took her time to carefully explain each tour and made a way to get me the tours I was most interested in. Leslie is like a ball of energy, he gave suggestion on place to check out in Belize. I could literally sit at the bar with him all day. Overall the staff was amazing and views were beautiful."
"Welcoming staff. Very clean rooms, though they smelled a teeny bit like smoke or something. We had two adjoining rooms and had to air them out for a bit. Also the breakfast (mini bar cereal) were stale. I mentioned it to them, and they replaced them. I would stay again!"
"We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. The windows are shutter style glass that don’t keep out the hot exterior air. They have a window mounted air conditioner that worked well enough but was a bit loud running all night to keep it comfortable. Lastly, the beds were not comfortable due to feeling the springs in the mattresses. As they mentioned in the description, we did experience mosquitos around the facility and in our room, but that was almost normal for our trip to Belize."
"I had planned to spend some time by the pool only to learn it was closed. Everything else was good. the website shows a nice picture of the pool and lists the pool as one of the amenities."
"The hotel is in a good location, safe neighborhood, right next to Publics grocery store for convenient shopping if necessary. We stayed for a concert at Marion Jones Stadium & it was nice to get back from the show and have cold beers available for purchase. I was late for the buffet breakfast but it looked like it had good variety. Didn't make it to the rooftop to see the views. The shower was a bit wonky because you had to hold the shower head & it was very narrow. Also you had to use the key card so the electricity would turn on, so when you left the room, the fridge would turn off, making it pretty unusable. The staff were all very friendly and even let us check out late after our long night of partying. Great option for the price while visiting Belize City."
"The room was clean, air conditioning was cold and staff was great. It was a little hard to locate as it does not have a traditional lobby. The lobby is on the 2nd floor inside the Call center and casino tower. The lobby closes at a certain time and a number to call is posted, althought the staff is responsive."
