"Awesome place, comfortable, cozy, roomy for our group and had plenty of space to collaborate and relax and enjoy down time from fishing for 7 straight days. great location, quiet and allowed for ease of timing and travel needs while vacationing there. "By far our best rental in Kodiak! The view of the harbor is beautiful-especially at night with all the lights. It was stocked with everything we needed. So much space for our party of 6. Super clean. We could walk to the downtown and harbor. It is up a steep hill, but we liked the exercise! We will definitely be back."

"Comfortable and quiet place very close to town. Host was amazing. Great communication, very responsive, flexible to our needs.Note that this property is up a steep gravel driveway. Very stable and well maintained, but we has two people in our party in their 60s, and we did not have a car. The hill was a challenge. If you have a car, or are younger, it is not a problem at all. Beautiful view from the house too."
