Ideally located on the edge of the village of Alvignac between Rocamadour and Padirac, the cottage "the house of our childhood" welcomes you for your holidays with family or friends



Former hotel, renovated into a large family home, mixing the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern.



The house is ideal for getting together with family or friends, for a friendly stay.



The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room opening onto the terrace with swimming pool, a large equipped kitchen with a large table, and a toilet.



Upstairs 4 double bedrooms, 1 master suite with a double bed and 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, separate toilet.



Bed linen and towels are provided.



The house is located in the heart of the village of Alvignac, the shops are within walking distance.

Maison conforme à la description de l’annonce, Très spacieuse car anciennement un hôtel. Nous avons rencontré des petits aléas comme l’absence de lave vaisselle à notre arrivée, mais Marie Amélie a vite reagit pour en faire livrer un rapidement … piscine agréable, au soleil l’après midi, ce que nous avons bien apprécié apres une visite au gouffre de PADIRAC à seulement 15 minDe voiture. Je recommande ce logement !

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée, idéale pour les groupes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison, idéale pour les grands groupes ! Les espaces communs sont vraiment spacieux et confortables, et la cuisine, très bien équipée, nous a permis de cuisiner facilement pour notre groupe de 12 personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le grand jardin, parfaits pour se détendre. La localisation est également un vrai atout : à deux pas de superbes sites comme Rocamadour et le Gouffre de Padirac. Le village est charmant, avec des commerces de proximité, et un supermarché à quelques minutes en voiture. Même si une route passe le long de la propriété, cela ne nous a pas dérangés et n’a en rien gâché notre séjour. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !
