Terrible location. Neighborhood is very bad. As a tourist walking back to the hotel from the old city after dinner at night you feel very unsafe.

Location was great in central Munich, access to public transport, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, sight seeing.
Property was great!
Staff was superb.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast for Vegetarians was good as Continental breakfast was provided.
Would definelty stay again if we are in Munich again!

"Not a good experience. No room cleaning service even I asked for. We stayed there for a week. Only had one room cleaning after I asked. None emptied the room trash bin daily. No daily tea bag and coffee refills. I had to ask the front desk for tea bag."
