  • This modern 3 bed, 2 bath beach home was recently renovated in 2023. Located just 1 block from a private, residents-only beach for you to enjoy! This home features a relaxing living room with a large dining area. Brand new West Elm furniture - sofas, carpets, dining table and chairs, TV, beds, sheets, towels, flatware, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. There is an outdoor Weber propane grill for you BBQ enthusiasts. This fresh, clean and beautifully furnished home makes the perfect get away. There is a sand dune yard for kids to run around in and a fire pit to make s’mores. A large deck with an outdoor dining table. Grab the beach chairs, bogey boards and umbrella and head to the beach.
    Central air-conditioning and heat keeps you at your desired comfort level.
    Enjoy all that the Amagansett Dunes has to offer - have a bonfire on the beach or head to the Talkhouse to hear your favorite band.

Our stay in Amagansett

I visited this property with my wife, kids and an additional friend (six of us in total). While I was initially worried the space wouldn't have been large enough, it turned out to be perfect for our group. We have rented in other parts of Amagansett over the years, but have always tried to stay near the beach on the Napeague stretch in either a condo or a private home. I can say now with certainty that this was by far the best neighborhood we have stayed in given the private nature of the how the homes are laid out, and the proximity to the beach. The house is just a five minute walk to the beach, and the beach was amazing. The beach never really got crowded given that only those staying in the neighborhood with beach passes were able to access the beach (the house comes with a pass!). We hope to retire in Amagansett in the years to come, and this neighborhood will be where we look. The house was clean, the TV area was great, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The house came with towels and beach chairs, which we put to good use each day. Paul, our host, was easy to reach with questions and was very responsive, helping us during our stay. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely return in the future. Brian
